Daniel and Asona started performing together 14 years ago when she was 6. They started performing professionally when she was 8 and later moved to Ecuador when she was 10 years old where they spent 5 years busking on the street and where Asona studied violin with the 1st chair violinist of the Symphony there in Loja. For the past 5 years since they have performed almost every weekend in bars and pubs around the Upper Peninsula and Northern Michigan and Wisconsin. Asona has completed her 3rd year at Northern Michigan University majoring in Music. Daniel, her father, is a retired Biomedical Engineer and has been a Singer/Songwriter/Guitarist all his life
